DNTL Smiles & Wellness has invested in the Aquacut technology. With this, there is no need for local anaesthetics or drills.

Minimal surface cavities can be opened, cleaned and shaped for a filling using this equipment. The machine works just like jet-washing your car or patio. By using pressurised water with infused powder (air abrasion), it can remove damaged enamel, decay, and clean the tooth gently.

After the tooth is prepared, a composite filling can be bonded and shaped to the tooth using etch, water and light.
