Dr Sanjana Specialist Orthodontist: Qualifications and Experience

Dr Sanjana graduated with Honours in Dentistry from King’s College London. She then returned to King’s to complete a Master’s degree in Orthodontics, achieving Distinction.

She holds Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. These qualifications support her place on the UK Specialist Register in Orthodontics.

Dr Sanjana treats a wide range of orthodontic concerns. She works closely with restorative, paediatric and oral surgery specialists when planning complex care. Her experience includes treating patients with hypodontia, impacted teeth and enamel defects. This multidisciplinary approach allows her to create detailed treatment plans that consider each patient’s dental health, function and smile goals.

Personalised Orthodontic Treatment

As a Specialist Orthodontist, Sanjana provides tailored treatment plans for every patient. She takes time to understand each person’s concerns and explain their options clearly. She also supports dentists with Invisalign orthodontic treatment planning and mentors aspiring orthodontists.

Sanjana regularly attends dental and orthodontic conferences to keep her knowledge current. She has presented at international conferences and has received awards for her work.

Outside clinical practice, Dr Sanjana supports the orthodontic community as a National Ambassador for the Cleft Lip and Palate Association. She also raises money for charities including Smile Train.

In her free time, Sanjana enjoys running and recently completed the London Marathon. She also enjoys visiting local coffee shops and attending plays and musicals.
